Terms and conditions
If you wish to register for a trip, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. They set out our respective rights and obligations.
BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:
Daytrips are payable upon booking. Overnight trips: A deposit of 30% of the price in eeuu dollars (via bank transfer) of the trip is payable upon booking. The balance is cash in eeuu dollars before the trip .
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT:
All cancellations have to be made in writing and sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Cancellation assessments calculated on the day Salta Adventures receives your notification.
The following policy will apply: Scheduled daytrips: • Full refund if cancelled 72 hours before the start of the trip. No refund if 48 hours or less until the start of the trip.
• Tailor made trips are non-refundable
HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS:
Participants should be healthy and active. It is vital that persons with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. Salta Adventures assumes responsibilities of Permits for passenger’s transportation and Insurances for transported passengers and driver.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRIP PARTICIPANTS:
Trip participants are responsible for understanding the conditions implied in the Trip Itinerary. They are responsible for selecting a trip that is appropriate to their interests and abilities. Also for preparing for the trip accordingly.
